These terms govern your use of seleneafterdark.com and Selene Studio Publisher (together, the "Services"). The Services are operated by Frederik Wordenskjold Nørregaard, Denmark ("Operator", "we", "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms.
About the Services
Selene Marin is a wholly fictional, AI-created virtual character. No real person is depicted. The website publishes creative material about Selene. Selene Studio Publisher lets an authorized user connect a TikTok account, review post settings and expressly initiate an upload or post through TikTok's APIs. It also lets the authorized Selene Marin channel owner connect YouTube and upload owner-selected videos through the official YouTube Data API v3 using the limited youtube.upload OAuth permission.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into these terms and comply with any age rules that apply to the platform you connect. You are responsible for your connected accounts and for keeping access to them secure. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own terms and policies. Your use of YouTube remains subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Your content and instructions
You keep ownership of content you provide. You give us the limited permission needed to process that content and carry out the upload or post you expressly request. You confirm that you have the rights needed to use the content and that it complies with applicable law and platform rules. We do not sell your content.
Acceptable use
Do not use the Services to break the law, infringe another person's rights, bypass platform controls, distribute harmful code, interfere with the Services, or post deceptive, abusive or prohibited material. We may limit or end access if use creates legal, security or platform risk.
Availability and changes
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, pause or stop. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or that a platform will accept any upload or post. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or actions taken by a connected platform. We remain responsible where liability cannot legally be limited.
Ending access
You may stop using the Services at any time and revoke TikTok access in your TikTok account settings. You may revoke YouTube access through your Google Account connections or request disconnection at [email protected]. The operator-side YouTube disconnect process revokes the Google OAuth token and deletes the stored YouTube connection data. Videos already uploaded to YouTube remain under the channel owner's control. We may suspend or end access where needed to protect users, the Services, or comply with law or platform requirements.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law, without taking away any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live. Courts in Denmark will have jurisdiction unless mandatory law says otherwise.
